The training activities related to the research project SAFEMEAT
have the goal of creating new professionals able to manage and control both the
production processes and the systems dedicated to monitoring and control of the
safety profiles of food products.
You want to also form an expert can design and control systems dedicated to the management of information flows within food businesses, for the traceability of products and processes.
The training program aims SAFEMEAT, therefore, the creation of researchers capable of dealing competently with the issues that today constitute an obstacle to the development of the food industry.
This training initiative is not only the starting point for addressing the research in a different perspective from the conventional one but it is a necessary tool for the development of research strategies of the companies themselves.
